At our most recent scouts meeting we learned essential fire-building skills, from gathering tinder to safely maintaining a flame. These outdoor skills build confidence and prepare our youth for any adventure.

This past weekend, members of the 91st Sojourners made sandwiches and gathered non-perishable food items for donation to the community fridge at Clinton Avenue United Methodist Church!

In our last meeting of the year, Scouts hiked, tied knots, and learned about skulls!

Otters deepened their understanding of what it means to be a helper by learning about the life of a wildlife rehabilitation specialist. We also got to meet some beautiful birds of prey. Now that Zora has collected facts, she is onto making her animal scrapbook, which is part of the nature badge.
